Eligibility Criteria

Educational Eligibility:-

  • For IMA & OTA:  Candidates Passed Bachelor Degree in any stream from any Recognized University.
  • For Naval Academy: Candidates Passed Bachelor Degree in Engineering from any Recognized University.
  • For Air Force: Candidates Passed Bachelor Degree in any Stream with Physics & Chemistry in 10+2 Level Or Bachelor in Engineering from any Recognized University.

Age Eligibility 

Age Limit as on 01/07/2022

  • Minimum Age: 20 Years
  • Maximum Age: 24 Years

Selection Process

Union Public Service Commission is going to conduct Exam of Combined Defence Academy I 2022 for Defence Academies. The whole process is conducted in Two Phases, Phase I- Written Examination Test and Phase II – Interview (SSB).

Phase I (Recruitment Test)-

  • The Test is Pen & Paper Based and will be Objective Multiple type questions.
  • There should be 3 Papers of 2 hours each and of maximum 100 marks
  • The test is both the language Hindi & English
  • There will be penalty for wrong answers. Every wrong answer will carry a deduction of one-third marks.

The stage 2 comprises Group Testing Officer Tasks, Psychology Tests and the Conference.
